Pinellas Home Design LLC provides (high and low volume) as built 

services such as floor plans, elevations, reflected ceiling plans, roof plans, and building sections. We create CAD DWG files, Revit RVT files, PDF files, and JPG photo files. Typical clients include developers, architects, building owners, real estate holding companies, and homeowners.

Upon completion, we will send your as-built files via email. Our most Common files requested are DWG and PDF, unless requested otherwise.

 We provide residential as-built services for single family, multi-family, townhomes, condominiums.

We provide commercial as-built services for offices, centers, multi-tenant low-rise buildings, shopping centers, commercial buildings.

We provide industrial as-built services warehouse, storage facilities, food and beverage distribution and mixed-use manufacturing.

As built services are:

•  Floor Plans - (including walls, windows, doors, openings, columns, HVAC units, water heaters, plumbing fixtures and built-in cabinetry). Doors and window size.
• 1-4 Exterior Elevations
• Roof Plan
• Interior Elevations
• Photo Documentation
• Site Plan - (without boundary information) (extends approximately 50' beyond building envelope unless otherwise requested).

  *Minimum project fees are for a standard 1-story Single Family Residence, up to approximately 1000-1200 square feet. Each property is reviewed and priced based on square footage and complexity. We do not need to visit the site to provide a quote.
